• Electronic Vouchers (E-Vouchers) will be utilized for the bookings coming from Rustan’s Travel Fair.
• Full pre-payment is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
• Use of the voucher is subject to availability. Prior reservation is required.
• Voucher should be presented upon check-in.
• Alterations to bookings must be made at least 21 days before arrival to avoid a no-show charge or a penalty fee equivalent to the full room rate.
• Offer is not applicable during peak periods like Chinese New Year, Holy Week, Christmas, and New Year.
• The E-voucher is transferrable (THE BEARER) and cannot be combined with any other special offers.
• Senior citizen or PWD discount of 20% off will no longer apply. However, the VAT exemption shall be extended and will be deducted at the resort upon presentation of the Senior/PWD identification cards.
• For bookings including an extra person aged 12 years and above, the additional charge is  Php 3,670.00 net. For children aged 8 to 11 years old, there is an extra child rate Php 2,478 net. Children aged 7 years old and below stay free of charge when sharing a bed with adults. The extra person charge includes breakfast buffet meals and roundtrip land and boat transfers from the airport.
