MECHANICS

1. 1. The Promo is open to all Filipinos, residing in the Philippines, aged 18 and above.
   2. Club Paradise Palawan and Discovery Hospitality Corporation will run a raffle from April 26 – May 28, 2021.
   3.  Participant must register at https://www.clubparadisepalawan.com/newsletters/subscribe-and-stay/entry-form/ with the complete name, address, cellphone number, date of birth and country of residence.
   4. Participant must agree to receive Newsletters from Club Paradise Palawan and Discovery Hospitality.
   5. One valid email address is equivalent to one (1) e-raffle entry.
   6. Winners will be drawn within two weeks after the promotion has wrapped, following the table above.
   7. Winners will be announced on Club Paradise Palawan’s Facebook page and will be informed via registered mail, SMS and call using the provided information.

 

RAFFLE DRAW MECHANICS

1. The winners will be chosen electronically through the RANDOM.ORG program under the supervision of a (Department of Trade and Industry) DTI Representative.
2. Draw date will be on June 08, 2021 the 25th floor, 25 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, 1600.
3. The Winners will be announced on Club Paradise Palawan’s official Facebook page.
4. The winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS and email that they have won the raffle and must send an email to Discovery Hospitality to claim their e-voucher.
5. The winner has 60 days from the day they received the registered mail notification to confirm and claim their e-voucher or the prize will be forfeit prior to DTI approval.
6. Employees of Discovery Hospitality, JTKC, Discovery World and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are excluded from participating in this promo.

 

*20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000 will be shouldered by Discovery Hospitality Corporation.
*Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
*Airfare not included.

 

PRIZE

One winner of a Three-day, two-night (3D2N) stay

Validity:

Valid for one year from the date of the e-voucher’s issuance.

Inclusions:

• Daily breakfast for two (2)
• Roundtrip airport transfers from and to Francisco B. Reyes airport in Busuanga
• Complimentary use of resort facilities and amenities such as swimming pool, snorkeling gears, kayaks, table tennis, billiards, and darts
• Welcome drink upon arrival, welcome amenities and turndown treats in the room

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Use of the winning e-vouchers will be subject to black-out dates and prevailing government guidelines on travel.
   2. Prior reservation is required.
   3. The bearer must state his/her intention to use this e-voucher when reservation is made via call or email.
   4. Black-out dates include, but are not limited to, special holidays and long weekends.
   5. Not valid if presented in conjunction with special promotions/discounts. Only one e-voucher per transaction is allowed.
   6. E-voucher is non-commissionable and not convertible to cash.
   7. The e-voucher must be presented to the Front Office personnel upon check-in.
   8. This e-voucher is fully transferable but must be accompanied by an authorization letter and a copy of the valid ID from the winner authorizing the bearer to redeem the e-voucher.
   9. No extensions on the validity date stated above unless issued by the property due to government guidelines on travel.
   10. The e-voucher is for one-time use only.

HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES

1. After receiving the notification (registered mail, SMS and/or email), the winner must send an email using their registered email address to stay@discoveryhospitality.com confirming that they have received any of the notifications: registered mail, SMS or e-mail.
2. The winners have 60 days from the day they received the registered mail notification to confirm and claim their e-voucher or the prize will be forfeit prior to DTI approval.
3. An E-voucher will be sent via e-mail to the winners’ registered e-mail address.
4. The e-voucher will be valid for one year from the date of when the e-voucher was issued to the winner.
5. The recipient must call/e-mail the reservation team of the hotel/resort where they can redeem their e-voucher.
6. The recipient must provide the e-gift certificate number to the reservation team representative prior to making a reservation.
7. During check-in the recipient must present the e-voucher to the Front Desk (showing the e-mail from their mobile device is acceptable.)
